Deleted calls

Telnyx keeps its own copy of every call for ever, so a deleted call is remembered here by name and refused on every sync from now on. This is what stops it coming back the next time you press Sync.

Automatic hourly sync

Shared hosting cannot run anything in the background, so cPanel calls this address once an hour instead. Set it up once and forget it.
